I have been a resident of Cumberland County for  over 30 years and have either lived, worshiped, worked  or played at Fairfield Glade during this time.  My career path, which led me to the Real Estate profession, is a background of extensive hospitality, service oriented, and sales experiences.  Originally from Kankakee, Illinois I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Degree in Recreation.  I moved to Fairfield Glade (site unseen) in 1977 and began my career with the Fairfield Glade Community Club in the Recreation Department.  I soon advanced to Convention Planner and Sales Manager for Fairfield Communities handling all aspects of the convention business.  I've also had the opportunity to work at other resorts in the area where I gained valuable experiences in the resort, hospitality, and sales industry.  In 1989, I rejoined the Fairfield Glade Community Club and went on to become the Recreation Division Director.  In 2001, I felt it was time for a career change and Gwin Realty was the right fit for me!  My extensive experience in the hospitality/service business has provided me with the people skills to transition into the real estate business.  I have been a part of the Fairfield Glade growth over the last 30 years and look forward to continuing that through helping you enjoy the Fairfield Glade and Cumberland Country experience.   I have been a licensed Realtor since 1984 and have continued my educational requirements, along with additional classes over the years.  Since 2002 I have been a multi-million dollar volume producer assisting both buyers and sellers in their real estate needs.
